Account eligibility

Access is limited to approved advertisers and partners. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Use of services

Campaigns and uploaded assets must comply with local laws, venue policies, and FynLocal creative standards. We may suspend service for abuse or non-payment.

Billing & refunds

Plans are invoiced according to the billing cadence selected. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case for campaign issues within our control.

Liability

FynLocal provides the platform “as is” and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.
